How to rent a JucePac?

How can I know the number of available JucePacs in the JuceBox?

  1. When you click the JuceBox location, you can check how many available JucePacs.
  2. After Scanning the QR Code on the JuceBox, you can find the JucePac Status. You can find :
    Numerator : the number of JucePac is available to rent.
    Denominator: the number of JucePac on the JuceBox, which including charging-in-progress and fully charged JucePacs.

How come I cannot rent a JucePac?

There are few reasons:

  1. There is not enough value in your wallet. You need to top-up so that you can rent again.
  2. To ensure your service quality, the system will only pop up fully charged JucePacs. Hence, you are recommended to check the JucePac availability in the MobiJuce App in advance of your arrival by:
    1. Clicking the JuceBox location, or
    2. After Scanning the QR Code on the JuceBox, you can find the JucePac Status on the renting page.
  3. The JuceBox was offline.

How can I check my rental time?

  1. While you are using the JucePacs, there is the timer on the top right corner of the MobiJuce App homepage.
  2. After you return the JucePac, you can also view the past borrowing records in the “RECORD” on the left upper corner menu of the home page.

How can I return the JucePac?

Just put JucePac into any JuceBox. Please ensure the JucePac is locked. If not, the system will continue your rental timer.

If there are no empty slots in the JuceBox, please call our customer service hotline 8199-0900 for help or check for available slots in our App.

Do I need to recharge the JucePac before return?

No. Just return to any of our JuceBoxes. The JucePac will be recharged automatically and rented out again after it is fully recharged.

Can I rent one more JucePac at the same time?

Sorry, you cannot.

What if I break/forget to return a JucePac?

  1. Credit Card: After 24 hours, You will be topped up $129 from your credit card into your wallet. After 72 hours, the system will deduct $129 from your wallet and you can keep the JucePac. You can recharge the continue to enjoy your newly purchased JucePac.
  2. Others payment methods ie. Paypal or Apple Pay: After 72 hours,the system will deduct $129 from your wallet and you can keep the JucePac. You can recharge the enjoy your newly purchased JucePac.

How to enter the Promotion code?

  1. Open the "menu" in MobiJuce App.
  2. Choose "Redeem Codes" and enter the code
  3. "Apply" and check the coupon in " My coupons"

How to use the coupon?

  1. Redeem the coupon
  2. When you rent the JucePac, please choose the coupon on the rental page.
  3. After you return the JucePac, you can check your recipt in "record".

Can I use it overseas?

Sure. You can use our JucePacs globally. Rental fees are counted according to your rental duration.
